Should you need to use the Cofinimmo corporate logo for any communication, please use one of the three variants supplied here (the red logo can only be used in case of a red background). Click on the links below the images to download the JPEG assets in the normal way. There are some guidelines that we ask you to consider when using our brand assets:

Elements of the logotype

The official Cofinimmo logotype is composed of 3 elements:

• Cofinimmo word mark
• Cofinimmo symbol
• Registered trade mark ®

These elements appear in a fixed design. The relative proportions between the elements, as well as their order, should never alter. The Cofinimmo word mark should never appear without the symbol. The Cofinimmo symbol however may be used alone.

Corporate colours

The Cofinimmo logotype uses 2 different colours:

• PMS 485
• Process Black

The Cofinimmo Red (PMS 485) is of prime importance. It is recommended to use this as a supporting colour for different graphic applications, such as backgrounds, subtitles, etc. In order to fully take advantage of the impact of the Cofinimmo red, a few simple rules have to be considered:

• Always use plain red, gradients and shades result in a pink hue
• Always use red graphic elements (logo, titles, boxes, etc.) on a white background - other hues tend to reduce the impact of the colour
• Full red backgrounds result in an outstanding impact and improve recognition of a Cofinimmo publication
• Note that the conversion to CMYK printing colours of the Cofinimmo red is 100% Magenta with 100% Yellow, and not 90% Yellow as most digital applications would indicate.
