In accordance to the Law of
02.05.2007, any shareholder who has a number of shares conferring a
voting right reaching the threshold, or a multiple of it, has to
notify such holding to the FSMA and to the company. The company's
disclosure thresholds stands at 5% (or a multiple of this
percentage) of the total voting rights, following Article 12 of the
company's articles of association cross-referring to the legal
threshold. The above table shows these shareholders based on the

agreement and none of them exercices a dominant influence in the
management of Cofinimmo or within the Board of Directors.

parent company of the companies Corona SA, DIB Invest SA, Assurance
Asset Management Company, Sepia CVBA and Dexia Insurance Services
Finance SA. Dexia Fonds de Pension OFP and Dexia Fonds de Pension
Complémentaire OFP are considered as companies linked to Dexia by
their company articles of association. The share (%) in Cofinimmo's
shareholding structure of Dexia SA is based on its most recent
notification of shareholding (dd. 07.07.2011) calculated on the
latest capital denominator modification published by Cofinimmo
(24.05.2010).
